As a Waldorf University alumna, CPT certified trainer, and former collegiate heptathlete and professional track and field athlete, I bring both the education and the lived athletic experience to help you reach your goals.

My specialties in strength & conditioning, speed & athletic performance, and weight loss/body recomposition aren't just services, they're areas I've trained in, competed in, and studied deeply. I know what it takes to build a powerful body because I've had to build and rebuild my own. As a coach, I also know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by fitness, to look in the mirror and feel disconnected from what you see.
That experience shaped how I coach. I focus on making goals feel achievable, training feel empowering, and progress feel sustainable. This isn't about perfection, it's about showing you that you are more capable than you think, and that your goals are closer than they appear. You don't need to be fearless to start. You just need the right support and guidance, and that's exactly what I'm here for.
